Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between solid and engineered wood flooring?
Solid boards are traditional, single-piece wood. Engineered boards are more common and offer greater strength and heat resistance — visually and underfoot there's almost no difference between the two.
Do you supply and fit, or just supply?
Both — we supply the flooring and carpets, fit it with our own craftsmen, and back it with aftercare and an extended 3-year installation warranty.
Can you do herringbone or chevron patterns?
Yes — alongside standard planks, we lay herringbone blocks and chevron patterns, including our Panaget French Oak range.
How much does wood flooring cost for my room?
It depends on the species, grade and pattern you choose. Give us a call or send your room details through the form and we'll get back to you with a quote.
Do you offer Rustic or Prime grade boards?
Both — Rustic grade shows more natural character, knots and colour variation, while Prime grade gives a more consistent, uniform finish.
